Where do you ship?
We ship free to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not support U.S. overseas territories or APO/FPO military addresses.
How long does delivery take?
Free shipping to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
When does handling begin?
Before 7:00 PM on a business day, handling begins that day. At or after the cutoff, on weekends or U.S. federal holidays, it begins the next business day. The cutoff stays fixed at UTC−06:00 year-round.
How do I choose a bag?
Compare the dimensions, design capacity and compartments on each product page. Check your travel provider’s baggage rules directly; we do not guarantee airline compatibility.
How should I clean my bag?
Follow the material-specific care instructions on the product page. Empty your bag before cleaning and let it dry fully before storing.
What is your return window?
Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact support for authorization before shipping.
Who pays return shipping?
We cover return shipping for our errors, incorrect items, damage and defects. You cover shipping for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact support with your order number and a description of the issue. Ordinary unused-condition requirements do not prevent reporting an issue discovered while opening or inspecting an item.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
