Request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. No restocking fee.
Ordinary returns
For a change-of-mind return, the bag or organizer must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging. Contact us within 30 calendar days from receipt to request authorization.
How to request a return
Email support@vesturey.shop with your order number and reason for return. Obtain return authorization and shipping instructions before sending your parcel. Our company and authorized return address is 911 Hustonville Rd, Danville, KY 40422, United States.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess it. We will review the issue with you and arrange the appropriate return or refund. Ordinary unused-condition requirements do not prevent reporting an issue discovered while opening or inspecting the item.
Return shipping costs
Vesturey covers return shipping when the return is due to our error, an incorrect item, damage or a product defect. Customers cover return shipping for a change of mind. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
After your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the credit. Contact us if you need help checking a refund.
